Yesterday in a hearing requested by child predator Max Zweizig and his Bend attorney Anthony Albertazzi in front of Alison Emerson, Albertazzi argued that since I was an officer of a corporation (CEO) that therefore I owned the stock of a company called NDH. I do not own that stock. Rather my irrevocable heath trust owns that stock. Upon finding for Albertazzi, Emerson ran out of the courtroom. What is the value of a Judge who ignores both the law and the facts. Was Alison bribed or just have some reverence for those who publish child porn? Too early to tell. Referring this question to the FBI task force on child trafficking.
I filed a declaration under penalty of perjury that the trust owns that stock. Albertazzi presented no evidence to the contrary. In fact he asked that I testify under oath, which I did, confirming the trust owned the stock. It was Albertazzi’s burden to prove.
This is the second time Emerson has ignored the facts and has come to the rescue of Albertazzi and Zweizig, violating the law in a way that will mandate actions to recall Alison Emerson.
There are numerous areas of concern here. First, Albertazzi and his attorney Nathan Steele have personal relationships with the Judge that should have caused her recusal. See Deschutes pro tem judge files for Forte’s position – KTVZ. Nathan Steele is identified as one of the public supporters of Emerson and represents Albertazzi in a RICO case against Albertazzi. Second, I recently contrasted Zweizig with Josh Duggar and the child porn found on both of their computers. Duggar was convicted of trafficking in child porn. Zweizig should have been. See Chapter 206 – The Comparison of Josh Du.. It is absolutely evident that Zweizig should be in jail and not pursuing a money award, to which he has already admitted to lying to a jury and confirming that his prior attorney resigned not wanting to be associated with Zweizig and the raping of children.
Third, I have published widely police officer Steve Williams forensic report showing the child porn, porn and stolen videos and music were found on Zweizig’s computer, a computer that forensic experts was used exclusively by him from his home in New Jersey. Zweizig admitted to reformatting the computer hard drive just before his final day. See Police Officer Williams Forensic Report 120ghd.
Fourth, there has long been concern that child trafficking in Oregon is accomplished through hwy 97 and right through Bend. Alison Emerson’s husband in Bend police officer Robert Emerson. See Police_ officer violated policy in Bend doughnut shop crash _ Local&State _ bendbulletin.com. He most certainly knows what Alison is up to, her tastes and after hour interests.
The combination of facts raises questions about whether Emerson has been bribed or is among a group of attorneys and Judges who quietly support child porn and trafficking. Less there be any doubt, all three forensic experts (including Zweizig’s) testified that Zweizig downloaded and disseminated child porn using a model precisely the same as Josh Duggar. Chief Judge Wells Ashby assigned the case to Emerson, presumably knowing that Emerson supports child predators and potentially implicating Ashby in this protection racket. I filed a Motion to change Venue from Deschutes to Clackamas. That Court will not release this action, even though I have no connection to Deschutes. This was a strategic choice by Zweizig’s attorneys, who have now admitted that they believed Zweizig and his child porn would be treated more favorably in Deschutes. What does that tell us? Well, it tells us a lot.
