Chapter 174 – Ethics Complaint Against Joel Christiansen and Shenoa Payne

I filed a Joel Christiansen and Shenoa Payne, for violating Rule 3.3 of the Oregon Rules of Professional Conduct. Filing an unsworn falsification is what’s called a predicate act under Oregon RICO.

We will see if the Oregon State Bar is going to take this seriously. I doubt they will. Isn’t that right Amber Hollister ?

My complaint is here called October 14 Compaint.

Oops typo.

The documents I reference include their answer brief to the 9th Circuit, Doc 37 Revised Zweizig Brief.

Chapter 173 – My Reply to OSBPLF Claiming RICO Violations

Judge Michael Mosman dismissed Malpractice and RICO claims on a very well pled complaint. That raises questions as to why. And further why are so many malpractice claims dismissed here in the Portland Metro area? The highest early dismissals in the country? Yes.

There is no reason why a captive insurance company like the Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund needs to be a $100 Million war tool. The pay out only $2 Million a year in claims, on $25 Million in gross premium revenue. And unlike other insurance companies they do not pay tax on the more than $6 Million a year in net income.

I have accused the Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund of engaging in Oregon and Federal Racketeering.

You can see my Reply to the 9th Circuit here as Appellant’s Reply Brief

Oregon Racketeering (RICO) was alleged by the State of Oregon in a lawsuit against Oracle.  See 082214_filing.
